Look after yourself - Cheer yourself up - Take a break. Going through a failure can be really toughpsychologically, take a break and do something you love. Go shopping - you can always return it later, watch a movie, listen to Quran, spend a day with friends, do something to take your mind off what you've just been through.
So today i wanted to share with you my thoughts on achieving happiness in this world. I have 3 steps to take and you need to do them consistently. Happiness is a journey, and happiness is different for each and every one of us. It’s not a place you find and stop, you may find it but find that tomorrow it's moved or you may find it and then something happens which knocks you off.

As Muslim women we face stresses in the workplace which other women may not face, we don't want to be perceived as suspicious or to reserved. We want our colleagues to know that we are open and can engage and provide value to the company as well or even better than our colleagues.
Sometimes we have to let go of people or things that make our soul sad or add toxicity to our lives. Recently I had to let go of one of my really really good friends, she was very toxic but at the same time she was so fun, she was one of my closest friends and I was drawn to her company. But I did for myself, out of love, what I thought was best, and alhamdulilah, I'm feeling good for it.
